From people with calendars like yours.
"At 71, I feel stronger than I did in my 40s."
"I wanted someone that understood my issues and would put in place a path to total health. Adherence to the plan is critical, she knows it, plans it, and measures it."
"As a CEO constantly juggling meetings, travel, and the chaos of a fast-paced schedule, I struggled to prioritize my health. Her guidance goes beyond food. It's about building habits that actually stick."

Read all client storiesIt's not a discipline problem.
You run a team, a calendar and probably a household. Every plan works on paper... then the 7 am meeting moves, a trip gets added, and by Friday the plan is gone. That's a context problem, and it's fixable.
"I don't know where to start."
One podcast says cut carbs, the next says fast until noon, and your doctor said to "keep an eye on" your cholesterol. Twenty open tabs, and none of them know your schedule, your old injury or your labs.
"I have a plan. I just can't stick to it."
Your Oura says you slept badly. MyFitnessPal still wants yesterday's lunch. The Peloton streak ended in March. You have more data than ever, and nobody turning it into a plan for this week.
"I'm doing 80% of it right. I want the last 20%."
You lift, you eat pretty well, you wear the ring. The basics are covered... and that's exactly where generic advice runs out. The last 20% lives in your labs, your recovery and your training, and it's where a coach earns their spot.
That's the part we do. We notice when a plan starts to slip... and change it with you before you quit on it.
The week your plan usually breaks.
A Thursday flight, a client dinner, a kid home sick on Saturday. Here's how that week goes on your own... and how it goes with us.
The flight takes out Thursday, the dinner turns into a free-for-all, a sick kid wipes out Saturday... and by Sunday it's "I'll start fresh Monday."Almost nothing went to plan, and the week still counted. The lift moved, dinner had a game plan, sleep got protected... so Monday isn't a restart. It's just Monday.
The Longevity Blueprint
Most plans fix one thing at a time. Ours work on all four together, because your training, food, sleep and stress all pull on each other. How coaching works
Strength
Muscle is longevity insurance. After 40, it's use it or lose it.
- Two to three sessions a week
- Built around your joints and old injuries
- Hotel and home versions for travel weeks
- Progress you can measure
Metabolic Health
Better energy, labs and body composition, while you still live your life.
- A registered dietitian on your team
- Meal plans around food you like
- Restaurants, airports and client dinners
- No elimination diets
Recovery
Results are made between workouts. We coach the part most high performers skip.
- Sleep you can count on, travel weeks included
- Your WHOOP or Oura data, in plain English
- Rest days that actually restore you
- A wind-down routine that fits your evenings
Resilience & Mobility
A body that stays pain-free, and a nervous system that can take a hard quarter without coming apart.
- Stress tools for the weeks work won't let up
- Bouncing back from a bad week, without starting over
- Mobility that fits between meetings
- Training around old injuries, so they stay old
Where do you want to start?
Tap the one that sounds most like you. We'll show you what we'd focus on first, and who on the team fits.
More energy
You're on your second coffee by noon, fighting to stay awake by 3... and somehow wired at 11 pm. Weekends are for catching up... kind of.
Where we'd start
- Sleep first. It usually moves everything else.
- Meals that hold you through the afternoon
- Short movement breaks between meetings
Your first week: a consistent wake time, protein at breakfast, and a 10-minute walk after lunch.
Get my energy backMy strength back
Keep up with your kids, carry your own bags, say yes to the hike, without an old injury deciding what you can do.
Where we'd start
- Train around the old injury, then rebuild it
- Strength two to three times a week, sized to your calendar
- Mobility, so it stays pain-free
Your first week: a call about your training history and old injuries, then two sessions sized to the time and equipment you actually have.
Rebuild my strengthProtocol update · based on your labs
- Salmon or sardines twice a week, plus a handful of walnuts most daysfor ApoB and triglycerides
- Fiber up to 30 g a dayfor ApoB and HbA1c
- Same wake time every day, weekends toofor steadier blood sugar and energy
Better numbers
Your last physical came back "borderline": cholesterol, blood sugar or blood pressure. Your doctor said to watch it. Nobody said how.
Where we'd start
- Nutrition with our registered dietitian, built around food you like
- Strength and daily movement, which help blood sugar
- A full lab workup if you need one, reviewed with you and your doctor (our Elite panel includes ApoB)
Your first week: we go through your latest labs with you (or set up a full workup if you don't have recent ones), and our dietitian builds meals around food you already like.
Work on my numbersThe long game
Nothing's wrong. You just want to be strong, sharp and pain-free for decades.
Where we'd start
- Muscle first: the best longevity insurance there is
- Labs and wearable data, turned into one next step
- Habits small enough to keep through a busy quarter
Your first week: a baseline of your strength, sleep and labs, so at 12 weeks we can show you what changed.

Six months, one to one.Long enough for habits to survive real life.
The first conversation is free.No pressure, no pitch.
I don't know where to start. Is this for me?
Yes. Most of our clients start right there. We build your training, nutrition and sleep from scratch, sized to the time you actually have.
If it's virtual, will I work with a real person?
Always. You meet with your coach live over video, and the same person knows your history week to week. No bots and no AI coaches. Technology helps us track your progress; people do the coaching.
Can't I just use an app or AI for this?
An app can hand you a generic program. It can't build one around your joints, your travel and your labs, and it won't notice a week of bad sleep or rework the plan when a trip comes up. A coach does.
I'm on a GLP-1 or working with a longevity clinic. Is this still for me?
Yes. We don't prescribe or change medication. We coach what happens around it: strength training and protein to protect your muscle, better sleep, and habits that last, in step with your care team.
I already have a trainer, doctor or dietitian. Can I still work with you?
Yes. We work alongside the people already on your health, training or care team. Your program is built around them, so we add what's missing and leave out what someone else already covers.
I travel constantly. Will this work?
It's built for it. Most of our clients travel for work, so your plan comes with hotel workouts, airport options and a routine that survives time zones.
Is the strategy session a sales call?
No. It's a real conversation about your health. We'll look at your goals and any data you have and tell you what we'd recommend, even if that isn't us.
