Conditional Guarantee for Coaching

Financial Obligation
Client is responsible for the completion of payments associated with products or services they purchase. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid via our Collection Agency.
Coaching with Be Victorious LLC requires a commitment to completing payment as listed in your coaching contract.
Use and Consent
By purchasing or using any of our Programs, Products or Services, you agree to abide by these Terms of Use as well as our Disclaimer, Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, and any other terms and conditions that may apply, and are you are required to act in accordance with them. Accessing, purchasing or using our Programs, Products, Services or Program Materials, in any manner constitutes use of the Program, Products, Services and Program Materials, and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Use.
Be Victorious LLC's original materials shall be provided to the Client for Client’s individual use only. Client shall not be authorized to use any of our intellectual property for Client’s business purposes. All intellectual property, including Coach’s course materials, shall remain the sole property of Be Victorious LLC. No license to sell or distribute Coach’s materials is granted or implied. Transfer and distribution of our materials is prohibited.
All of our Programs, Products, Services and Program Materials are intended solely for users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, unless there is parental or guardian consent. Any registration by, use of or access to any Program, Product, Service or Program Materials by anyone under age 18 without parental or guardian consent is unauthorized, unlicensed and in violation of these Terms of Use. By accessing or using our Programs, Products, or Services or our Program Materials, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
