- How you nourish you body has a HUGE impact on your health. So we will provide you with monthly resources to help you nourish your body more effectively. This includes things like healthy recipes, nutrition coaching, & meal planning templates and guides to keep you ahead of the game (especially on those busy days!)
Movement
- Making sure your body is moving in a variety of ways will support your emotional, mental & physical wellbeing! We will explore different types of movement, their benefits, and how to sense what kind of movement YOUR unique body needs.
Mindset
- Changing the way you see the world around you can be one of the most powerful ways to amplify your health. Many of the topics we discuss in the group revolve around how to shift your mindset, and continue to reset your thinking so you can live a more full & joyous life.
Rest
- In today’s society - rest is not valued as much as it needs to be. We are praised to “go go go” but not to rest. Well, that’s where this group creates a safe space to learn what kind of rest your body is craving and how to implement ways to restore your energy so you can avoid burnout and overwhelm.
Expression
- Did you know that emotions play a significant part in your physical health? In the Health Hive, you’ll discover ways to authentically explore & express your emotions so your nervous system can be better regulated, leading to a huge reduction in overall stress.
