Today I want to show you how to pick a snack intuitively. I get asked a LOT about what it looks like to pick a snack or a meal intuitively. It so happened that I was feeling a bit hungry earlier today, so I wanted to bring you guys with me on my intuitive eating journey and how I go through picking a snack intuitively.
